Heart Activation

A 23 minute guided process for activating and attuning the Heart Centre. Consisting of voice, the Heart Chakra crystal singing bowl, himalayan singing bowls, chimes, the expansive Jupiter gong and a little additional percussion.
 
If you work with crystals, you might choose to place one on your Heart Centre whilst listening to this Sounding. You could choose a traditional Heart Healing crystal such as Rose Quartz, or intuitively select one that feels right for you. Ask your Heart what would bring the appropriate crystalline frequency for you.
